El resto del bote lo puedes <strong>congelar<\/strong> para otro d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cortamos<\/strong> las hojas de masa Filo por la mitad a lo largo. En total salen 6 tiras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cogemos una tira<\/strong>, y colocamos la masa en una esquina, y vamos dobl\u00e1ndola, <strong>formando tri\u00e1ngulos<\/strong>, hasta el final, las colocamos en la placa del horno sobre papel de hornear. <strong>En las fotos puedes ver el proceso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Luego pintamos de aceite<\/strong>, con un pincel de cocina y le damos la vuelta, y repetimos, espolvorear con perejil picado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Metemos a hornear <\/strong>a 180\u00baC durante unos 6 minutos, cuando est\u00e9n un poco dorada, sin que se quemen los filos, ya estar\u00e1n, <strong>ojo que por dentro<\/strong> quema la masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salen 6 Briwat, repartir 2 por personas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El Briwat<\/strong> es una comida marroqu\u00ed, rellena de muchas cosas, tanto dulce, como saladas. Esta es mi versi\u00f3n <strong>salada y dulce<\/strong> en una misma receta, imitando a la <strong>P\u00e1stela<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Observaciones:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si tienes resto de<\/strong> pollo asado, o cocido, lo puedes utilizar, yo suelo tener los de Bofrost, que son <strong>muy socorrido<\/strong>, para tomar con alguna salsa en caliente, en ensaladas,
