Para que infusione y tomo los sabores bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasado ese tiempo<\/strong>, separamos las yemas de las claras, estas puedes guardarla en el frigor\u00edfico para otra receta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Batimos<\/strong> las yemas y le a\u00f1adimos el almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz y <strong>mezclar muy bien<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un cuenco<\/strong>, colamos la leche, echamos parte de ella en el cazo otra vez y <strong>al cuenco<\/strong> le a\u00f1adimos los d\u00e1tiles pelados, <strong>batimos muy bien<\/strong> y lo incorporamos al resto de la leche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poner a calentar<\/strong> y cuando est\u00e9 templada, <strong>a\u00f1adir<\/strong> la mezcla de huevo y almid\u00f3n, no dejar de remover con unas varillas, <strong>hasta que espese<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar las natillas<\/strong>, donde prefieras, yo para el d\u00eda a d\u00eda, suelo utilizar t\u00e1per, con su tapadera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Suelo ponerle<\/strong> una galleta Mar\u00eda sin az\u00facar encima tal cual, no hace falta mojarla, al estar la crema caliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A la hora de tomarla<\/strong>, quien quiera puede a\u00f1adirle, un poco de canela molida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dejar<\/strong> templar un poco, y guardar luego en el
