(optativo)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un bol grande<\/strong>, echamos los huevos con un poquito de sal, los batimos muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le a\u00f1adimos<\/strong> los pimientos escurridos, sin aceite y el bacalao desmigado y sin espinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pelamos las patatas<\/strong>, y cortamos al gusto de cada uno, <strong>troceada<\/strong>, en rodajas, en taquitos, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mezclamos<\/strong> todo muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pintamos con aceite<\/strong> por todos los lados la sarten, la ponemos al calor y cuando este caliente, <strong>le a\u00f1adimos la mezcla<\/strong>, remover bien antes y cuando este en la sarten <strong>repartir bien<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bajar la temperatura<\/strong> al m\u00ednimo, y dejar tapado y cocer unos 30 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasado ese tiempo<\/strong>, despegar los lados de la sarten y ver si se mueve la tortilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pintar otra vez la sarten<\/strong> con aceite y dar la vuelta, dejar cocer otros 15 \u00f3 20 minutos, hasta que este dorada y cuajada a tu gusto. <strong>Si es una sarten<\/strong> simple, le das la vuelta con un plato o voltea tortilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sacar la tortilla<\/strong> a un plato, y dejar templar un poco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cortar en cuatro raciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
