Harina de trigo o <strong>de reposter\u00eda<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 ml vino de jerez o <strong>para cocinar de Hacendado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 ml aceite de oliva&nbsp;<strong>(masa)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piel de lim\u00f3n o <strong>aroma de lim\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de semillas de An\u00eds en grano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal&nbsp;<strong>(masa)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 sirope de agave&nbsp;<strong>(seg\u00fan el dulzor que quieras)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reposar 30 minutos la masa &nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar<\/strong>&nbsp;75 ml de aceite en una jarra de cristal, con la piel del lim\u00f3n, sal y las semillas de An\u00eds en grano,&nbsp;<strong>calentar en el Microondas<\/strong>&nbsp;durante 2 minuto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando deje de hervir<\/strong>&nbsp;a\u00f1adir 75 ml de vino, remover bien y reservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un bol<\/strong>&nbsp;echamos la harina, el contenido de la jarra,&nbsp;<strong>retirando antes<\/strong>&nbsp;la cascara de lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mezclar<\/strong>&nbsp;todo muy bien con una cuchara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En el mismo bol<\/strong> puedes trabajar la masa hasta que no se pegue, hacer una bola y dejar en el bol que repose durante 30 minutos tapado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentar el horno <\/strong>a 200\u00baC con calor arriba y abajo durante 17 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Estirar la masa<\/strong>&nbsp;con un rodillo, en la encimera finita y cortar cuadrados, juntando las dos esquinas,&nbsp;<strong>metiendo el dedo<\/strong>&nbsp;entre la masa y las esquinas, o tipo napolitanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Colocarlos <\/strong>en la bandeja de horno, sobre papel de hornear con el doble hacia abajo, hornear durante unos 30 minutos a 180\u00baC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En una cacerola<\/strong>, calentar el agua y echarle el sirope de agave,&nbsp;<strong>probar y poner el dulzor<\/strong>&nbsp;que cada uno le guste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bajar el calor al m\u00ednimo<\/strong>, ir ba\u00f1ando los pesti\u00f1os, por cada lado, y los vas sacando a una fuente o t\u00e1per, dependiendo si es para guardarlo o
