class=\"wp-caption-text\">Flan de cuajada y queso &#8211; sin horno<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 6 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 gr de queso crema tipo Philadelphia normal o <strong>sin lactosa<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd litro de leche, sin lactosa o <strong>bebida de soja<\/strong>, etc.<\/li>\n<li>2 sobres de preparado para cuajada como Royal<\/li>\n<li>2 huevos<\/li>\n<li>200 gr de az\u00facar, o 3 cucharadas de edulcorante Eritritol<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de cacao en polvo sin az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>para el molde sirope de chocolate<\/li>\n<li>6 galletas Mar\u00eda normal o <strong>sin az\u00facar<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Echamos<\/strong> en un molde, o en moldes individuales, el sirope de chocolate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ponemos<\/strong> en el vaso batidor, los huevos y az\u00facar, y batimos hasta cambiar de color.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adimos<\/strong> una cucharada de cacao en polvo y 2 de esencia de vainilla, batir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ponemos<\/strong> el queso de untar y volvemos a batir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Incorporamos<\/strong> la mitad de la leche y los sobres de cuajadas, mezclar todo muy bien.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Echamos<\/strong> esta mezcla en un cazo, <strong>a\u00f1adir<\/strong> el resto de la leche, y mezclar todo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poner a calentar<\/strong> el cazo, y no dejar de mover de vez en cuando, hasta que se ve que empieza a hervir y espesar. <strong>Retirar y batir muy bien.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Echamos<\/strong> en el molde o <strong>individuales<\/strong>, poner una galleta encima, tapar y dejar enfriar media hora, y <strong>guardar en el frigor\u00edfico<\/strong>, hasta que se cuaje bien, durante unas 2 o 3 horas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Receta tomada<\/strong> de Divina Cocina, <strong>adaptada a mi gusto<\/strong> como: sin lactosa, chocolate y sin az\u00facar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Receta modificada y subida
