\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg tomates <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cebolla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Albahaca fresca o <strong>de bote<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g alubias blancas cocidas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picatostes tostados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentamos<\/strong> el horno con calor arriba y abajo a 200\u00baC durante 17 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lavamos<\/strong> los tomates muy bien y troceamos en cuartos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pelamos<\/strong> la cebolla y cortamos en cuartos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En una bandeja<\/strong> grande apta para horno, colocamos los tomates y la cebolla troceada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le echamos<\/strong> por encima un buen chorre\u00f3n de aceite, sal y albahaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Metemos<\/strong> en el horno a 200\u00baC durante 20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un t\u00e1per alto<\/strong>, echamos los ingredientes de la bandeja y su jugo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Batimos<\/strong> todo muy bien, hasta dejar una crema fina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar<\/strong> las alubias blancas en un escurridor, y lavar bajo el grifo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir<\/strong> a la crema y batir otra vez hasta mezclar muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rectificar<\/strong> de sal, si es necesario, y <strong>a\u00f1adirle<\/strong> un buen chorro de aceite y mezclar todo muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Servir<\/strong> en plato hondo con picatostes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se puede tomar<\/strong> a temperatura ambiente o caliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receta tomada de<\/strong> Cookpad de Gabseosa,
