\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1,5 kilos tomate pera madura \/ <strong>1 lata grande triturado<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>2 melocotones<\/strong> medianos maduros \/ 1 lata en alm\u00edbar light (+ dulce)<\/li><li>1 diente ajo peque\u00f1o \/ <strong>o congelado<\/strong><\/li><li>130 g pan blanco del d\u00eda anterior <strong>(optativo)<\/strong><\/li><li>150 ml AOVE<\/li><li>Vinagre de manzana<strong> (optativo)<\/strong><\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li><strong>Para presentar:<\/strong><\/li><li>huevo cocido<\/li><li>Tacos jam\u00f3n<\/li><li>Aove<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En el vaso<\/strong> de la minipimer, echamos el ajo picado, y la sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pelamos<\/strong> los melocotones, troceamos y echamos en el vaso tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Triturar<\/strong> todo muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adimos<\/strong> la lata de tomate, el pan (es optativo), trituramos muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le a\u00f1adimos<\/strong> el aceite, y mezclamos muy bien hasta que emulsione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si te gusta<\/strong> puedes echarle un poco de <strong>vinagre<\/strong> de manzana, (es optativo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Probar<\/strong> si est\u00e1 bien de sal o rectificar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seg\u00fan<\/strong> se llene el vaso de la minipimer, <strong>echar en un t\u00e1per alto<\/strong>, donde lo vamos a mezclar todo muy bien, y tapado llevar al frigor\u00edfico, para tomar fresquito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La primera vez lo hice<\/strong> con una lata de melocotones en alm\u00edbar light, lav\u00e1ndolo muy bien bajo el grifo, est\u00e1 bueno, <strong>pero m\u00e1s dulce.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Presentar<\/strong> en plato hondo o <strong>cuenco<\/strong>, huevo cocido, <strong>tacos de jam\u00f3n<\/strong> y un poco de
