personas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cubitos Maggi<\/li>\n<li>750 g (3 patatas)<\/li>\n<li>400 g (2 calabac\u00edn)<\/li>\n<li>60 g (2 zanahorias)<\/li>\n<li>100 g de queso emmental y picatostes<\/li>\n<li>800 ml de agua<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00f3 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pelar<\/strong> las verduras y cortar en daditos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reservar unas pocas<\/strong> para refre\u00edr y a\u00f1adir por encima de la crema. <strong>(Optativo)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Poner una cazuela<\/strong> con el agua y las verduras y los cubitos de Maggi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cocer<\/strong> durante unos 12 minutos, hasta que este toda la verdura tierna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Triturar<\/strong> con la batidora.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Repartir<\/strong> la crema en cuencos y agregar por encima las verduras refritas y el queso rallado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gratinar<\/strong> bajo el grill del horno durante 3 minutos. <strong>(Optativo)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tambi\u00e9n se puede adornar<\/strong> con picatoste, huevo duro, jam\u00f3n, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Yo prefiero <strong>echarle solo queso
