\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2 bandejas de filetes de ternera al ajillo marinado <strong>de Hacendado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 berenjenas grandes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal y ajo molido<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bandeja apta para horno<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hornear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentamos el horno<\/strong> a 200\u00baC con calor arriba y abajo durante unos 15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le echamos<\/strong> aceite a la bandeja apta para horno y extenderlo bien con un pincel, echar un poco de sal gruesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cortar<\/strong> por la mitad las berenjenas, pelarlas y cortar en rodajas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir<\/strong> en la bandeja en cuatro filas, montando un poco unas sobre otra, echar ajo en polvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Colocar <\/strong>por encima los filetes de ternera y <strong>rociar<\/strong> con un poco de aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meter en el horno<\/strong> en la parte de abajo, <strong>2\u00ba lugar<\/strong>, la bandeja del horno con la comida, para que los filetes no se sequen tanto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hornear<\/strong> a 200\u00baC durante unos 20 o 25 minutos, cuando la verdura esta tierna y los filetes en su punto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir<\/strong> cada fila de verdura, en los platos y luego los filetes de terneras, <strong>echar<\/strong> por encima la salsa que hay en la bandeja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En la foto<\/strong> solo hay una bandeja de filetes, pero me parecio poco, por eso pongo en <strong>ingredientes 2 bandejas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
