\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>4 huevos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 latas chicas de at\u00fan en aceite o <strong>natural<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tomate de peras en rodajas o rallado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tortilla mexicana normal o <strong>integral<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aceite y sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sart\u00e9n del tama\u00f1o de la tortilla mexicana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sacamos<\/strong>&nbsp;los huevos a temperatura ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lavamos<\/strong> y cortamos el tomate en rodajas finas, o lo puedes rallar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echamos<\/strong>&nbsp;en la sarten un poco de aceite, y un huevo batido con un poco de sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartimos<\/strong>&nbsp;por encima, una lata de at\u00fan, escurrida y desmenuzada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir<\/strong> el tomate en rodajas finas o rallado, tapar y dejar cuajar al m\u00ednimo, la tortilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Colocamos<\/strong>&nbsp;una tortilla mexicana y con un plato&nbsp;<strong>le damos la vuelta<\/strong>&nbsp;y colocamos otra vez en la sarten, para calentar, por ese lado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Servir<\/strong>&nbsp;en el mismo plato al comensal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repetir<\/strong>&nbsp;lo mismo con las otras tres tortillas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la foto, <strong>el tomate lo puse en rodajas<\/strong>, pero creo que es mejor
