\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 3 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2 patatas grandes \/ <strong>650 g<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml leche entera o <strong>bebida vegetal (soja)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g mantequilla o <strong>sin lactosa<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cebolla grande o c<strong>ongelada<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perejil fresco o <strong>congelado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pastillita de Avecrem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cortar la cebolla<\/strong> y poner la mantequilla en una sarten o cacerola, echar la cebolla y el perejil, y sofre\u00edrla un poco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pelar las patatas<\/strong> y cortarlas en rodajas, no muy fina, si es muy grande, cortar por la mitad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar a la cacerola<\/strong>, mezclar todo muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Incorporar<\/strong> la pastilla de Avecrem pollo desmenuzada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir la leche<\/strong>, mezclar todo, y dejar cocer a <strong>fuego lento<\/strong>, unos 20 minutos, hasta que las papas est\u00e9n tiernas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No debe quedar caldosa<\/strong>, repartir caliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receta tomada <\/strong>de Cookpad de Cocineli @cocineli, <strong>adaptada a mi
