\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>400 gramos gulas (2 envases) \/ <strong>250 g<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kg almejas fresca \/ <strong>200 g congeladas solo la carne<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 gramos gambas peladas \/ <strong>360 g congeladas<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 guindilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ajo picado fresco o <strong>congelado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada piment\u00f3n <strong>(opcional)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 vaso vino blanco <strong>(opcional)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 vasos caldo de pescado (o pastilla de caldo) <strong>Opcional<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perejil fresco o <strong>congelado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite, sal y pimienta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pan para mojar la salsa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A primera hora<\/strong>, descongelamos las gambas y las almejas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echamos aceite<\/strong> en una sarten grande, le a\u00f1adimos el ajo picado, el perejil y la guindilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando hierva un minuto<\/strong>, le a\u00f1adimos las gambas, que est\u00e1n crudas con un poco de sal, dejar cocer hasta que cambie de color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir<\/strong> la carne de almejas, que est\u00e1n cocidas, a\u00f1adir las gulas, y remover todo muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dejar cocer todo junto<\/strong>, durante un minuto, y<strong> servir,<\/strong> en la misma sarten, y cada uno se eche lo que quiera, y la salsa, para quien quiera mojar pan, o repartir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si quieres puedes hacerlo<\/strong> tal cual la receta original, con almejas, piment\u00f3n, vino y caldo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yo suelo hacer las gambas al ajillo<\/strong>, sola, con carne de
