\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>8 lomos de bacalao <strong>congelado<\/strong> con piel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 Cebolla fresca o <strong>congelada<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 ajo fresco o <strong>congelado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml tomate triturado \/<strong> lata chica<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadas de az\u00facar <strong>para la acidez<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pan para mojar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Descongelar<\/strong> el d\u00eda antes el bacalao en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En una cacerola grande<\/strong>, poner el ajo y la cebolla picada con un poco de aceite y sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando este la cebolla refrita<\/strong>, a\u00f1adir el tomate triturado, un poco de sal y una cucharada de az\u00facar, mezclar todo muy bien,<strong> bajar al m\u00ednimo, de 6 al 1<\/strong>, y dejar cocer tapado unos 20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mezclar el tomate muy bien<\/strong>, que no tenga aceite alrededor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir el bacalao<\/strong> con la piel para arriba, <strong>mover la cacerola<\/strong>, y dejar cocer otros 10 minutos m\u00e1s al m\u00ednimo y tapado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mover la cacerola<\/strong> otra vez, para que se integre bien la salsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Servir, mejor templado<\/strong>, se saborea mejor el tomate, que caliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Presentar 2 lomos por personas<\/strong>, con el tomate y pan para
