\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 3 o 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>4 rodajas de Merluza Austral congelada <strong>de Agrifer<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de sal y aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bandeja apta para el horno<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hace tiempo que no tomo frito<\/strong>, y suelo hacerlo al horno, pues es m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y queda m\u00e1s jugoso, que a la plancha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Descongelar<\/strong> el d\u00eda anterior las rodajas necesarias, seg\u00fan los comensales y el tama\u00f1o del pescado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Antes de hacerla al horno<\/strong>, en la bandeja echar un poco de aceite, lavar las rodajas de merluza, y colocarlas en la bandeja, echarle un poco de sal, darle la vuelta y echar un poco m\u00e1s y repartir por encima un poco m\u00e1s de aceite, si tienes pulverizador mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentar el horno<\/strong> con calor arriba y abajo a 200\u00baC. durante unos 15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meter la bandeja<\/strong> en el horno y hacer a 200\u00baC durante unos 10 minutos, verificar que no se seque, pues cada horno es diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Servir caliente<\/strong>, y repartir por encima, el jugo que ha soltado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-1 wp-block-gallery
