\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>800 gramos carne de <strong>ternera troceada<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 patatas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cebolla fresca o <strong>congelada<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gramos tomate triturado\/ <strong>de Mercadona<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de aceite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 clavo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 hoja laurel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 pastilla caldo de carne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de <strong>c\u00farcuma<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En una cacerola<\/strong>, echamos un poco de aceite y sofre\u00edmos la carne con un poco de sal, el clavo y el laurel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Despu\u00e9s<\/strong> le a\u00f1adimos la cebolla troceada, mezclamos bien, y dejar hacer unos minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir<\/strong> el tomate triturado, mezclar y dejar hacer unos minutos. <strong>Yo suelo comprar<\/strong> tomate rallado unos 300 g. natural, es muy socorrido y cuando va a caducar y me sobra, lo congelo para otra receta. <strong>VER COMO SEGUIR EN LA OLLA EXPRES<\/strong> ABAJO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cubrir de agua<\/strong>, dejar cocer unos 30 minutos, tapado a fuego bajo (al 1 de 6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mientras<\/strong> pelamos y cortamos las patatas en tacos, <strong>pasado ese tiempo<\/strong>, se le a\u00f1ade a la carne y la pastilla de caldo, mezclar y <strong>si hace falta<\/strong> echar m\u00e1s agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dejar cocer<\/strong> otros 20 minutos, tapados a fuego bajo, pasado ese tiempo, <strong>ver si la carne y patatas est\u00e1n tiernas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quitar la hoja de laurel<\/strong>, y servir caliente en plato hondo para tomar con cuchara, y <strong>si tiene salsa <\/strong>lo puedes servir en plato llano y pan para mojar, <strong>ya depende de la terminaci\u00f3n del guiso.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En estas fotos<\/strong> ech\u00e9 las patatas muy pronto, y esperando se pusiera
