\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 2 o 3 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2 o 3 raciones de patatas rusticas congeladas (Bofrost)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 calabac\u00edn blanco o <strong>verde<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bandeja de Mini salchichas (Montealbor)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentamos<\/strong> la Freidora de Aire, entre 3 o 5 minutos a 200\u00baC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartimos<\/strong> dos raciones de patatas rusticas congeladas, en el cestillo de la freidora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La hacemos primero<\/strong> a 170\u00baC durante 10 minutos, para que se haga por dentro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Las movemos<\/strong> y ponemos otros 6 o 10 minutos a 170\u00baC, <strong>probar o pinchar<\/strong>, para ver que est\u00e1n bien hechas por dentro, y no est\u00e1n duras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si las quieres m\u00e1s doraditas<\/strong>, puedes ponerla 5 minutos m\u00e1s a 200\u00baC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si el calabac\u00edn<\/strong> es blanco, quitar la punta y lavar muy bien bajo el grifo, <strong>si es verde<\/strong>, lavar y pelar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cortar<\/strong> el calabac\u00edn en rodajas de \u00bd dedos de ancho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Colocar si tienes una base de agujeros<\/strong>, sobre un plato, formando una rueda, de fuera hacia dentro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tapar y meter<\/strong> al Microondas unos 10 minutos,<strong> pinchar<\/strong> para ver si est\u00e1n tiernos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se puede acompa\u00f1ar<\/strong> con mini salchichas de pollo, cocidas y ahumadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Las cuales las pones <\/strong>en un plato y tapado las calientas unos minutos al Microondas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir en el mismo plato<\/strong>, las salchichas, las patatas y <strong>el calabac\u00edn<\/strong>, con un poco de sal fina y aceite de oliva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-1 wp-block-gallery
