\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 3 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>8 brochetas de pollo <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 bote de Jud\u00edas verdes planas cocida  o congeladas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva, sal y ajo de bote<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ponemos<\/strong>&nbsp;a calentar el horno a 200\u00baC con calor arriba y abajo, unos 17 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Las brochetas<\/strong>&nbsp;de pollo, las puedes comprar echas, como yo en Mercadona,&nbsp;<strong>o puedes comprar<\/strong>&nbsp;el tipo de pollo que prefieras y hacerla t\u00fa, intercalando, pollo, pimiento y tocino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar<\/strong> la Jud\u00edas verdes en un escurridor, y lavar bajo el grifo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Colocar<\/strong>&nbsp;las Jud\u00edas verdes con un poco de sal, aceite y ajo de bote por encima, en una fuente grande, apta pata el horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir por encima<\/strong>, las brochetas de pollo, con un poco de aceite y sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meter en el horno<\/strong>&nbsp;a media altura, a 200\u00baC durante unos 20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir<\/strong>&nbsp;2 o 3 brochetas de pollo y las jud\u00edas verdes, por personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receta tomada de mi Blog<\/strong>, y separando las brochetas por un lado y las jud\u00edas por otro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f538;<strong>Cocer las jud\u00edas verdes planas<\/strong> en la olla expr\u00e9s, durante 4 o 5 minutos, con dos
