personas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 g de pechuga de <strong>pollo<\/strong> o solomillos<\/li>\n<li>3 huevos<\/li>\n<li>50 g de <strong>cebolla<\/strong> picada<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de harina normal, avena, etc.<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de nata, leche, sin lactosa, soja, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>En un cuenco<\/strong> echar los huevos y batir muy bien con un poco de sal y pimienta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir<\/strong> la cebolla picada, la cucharada de harina y nata y remover todo muy bien.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cortar<\/strong> el pollo en trozos muy peque\u00f1itos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Echar<\/strong> con el resto de los ingredientes y volver a remover todo muy bien.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reservar<\/strong> hasta la hora de hacer las tortitas, ya que <strong>se sirven<\/strong> reci\u00e9n hechas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poner a calentar<\/strong> una sart\u00e9n grande <strong>antiadherente<\/strong> con un poco de aceite.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Tortitas-pollo-cebolla2.jpg\" <strong>echar cucharadas<\/strong> en la sart\u00e9n, dorar por los dos lados <strong>y servir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Receta tomada<\/strong> en facebook de GUSTOSO TV, <strong>adaptado siempre a mi gusto e ingredientes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puedes hacerla <strong>con 300 g de carne picada<\/strong> de pollo\/pavo, si no hace falta <strong>no le eches leche<\/strong> y en una sarten
