\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 berenjena grande<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal y aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 loncha de queso normal, o&nbsp;<strong>sin lactosa<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 lonchas de pavo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 crepes&nbsp;<strong>congelados<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Hacendado<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Descongelar<\/strong> los crepe el d\u00eda anterior en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cortar<\/strong>&nbsp;las berenjenas por la mitad, hacer rajitas, echar un poco de sal y aceite, y hacer con la piel para arriba <strong>al microondas&nbsp;<\/strong>20 minutos tapadas, o hasta que se separe la carne de la piel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dejar<\/strong>&nbsp;templar un poco, y con ayuda de una cuchara,&nbsp;<strong>sacar la carne&nbsp;<\/strong>de la berenjena, terminar de picar con el cuchillo o tijeras muy bien,&nbsp;<strong>rectificar de sal<\/strong>&nbsp;si es necesario.&nbsp;<strong>Reservar<\/strong>&nbsp;repartiendo luego en&nbsp;<strong>ocho porciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rellena<\/strong>&nbsp;los crepes, con una loncha de pavo, otra de queso y de berenjena.&nbsp;<strong>Enrollarlos&nbsp;<\/strong>y colocar en un plato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentar<\/strong> la Freidora de Aire unos 3 o 5 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hacer en tandas<\/strong>, seg\u00fan quepan, 3, 4 o 2 con <strong>el doble para arriba,<\/strong> a 200\u00aaC durante 3 minutos. <strong>Es solo para calentarlo un poco.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Servir 2 crepe por personas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receta tomada<\/strong> de otra m\u00eda hecha <strong>en el horno todo<\/strong>. <a
