Enfriar en agua fr\u00eda y luego pelar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yo utilice huevos cocidos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un mortero<\/strong> echar el ajo troceado, un poco de sal y la yema de <strong>uno de los huevos<\/strong>, machacar todo muy bien, y <strong>a\u00f1adir<\/strong> un poco de aceite, lig\u00e1ndolo todo muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pelar lo tomates<\/strong>, y cortar en rodajas y luego en cuartos, echar en donde se va hacer la ensalada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trocear<\/strong> el huevo cocido y el otro sin la yema, y echar encima del tomate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Escurrir<\/strong> bien las latas de at\u00fan sin es en <strong>conserva natural<\/strong>, el de aceite puedes a\u00f1adirlo al mortero, <strong>desmenuzar<\/strong> y echar sobre el huevo troceado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lavar<\/strong> muy bien el pimiento, quitar el rabo y pepitas, y <strong>trocear<\/strong>, para incorporar a la ensalada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir a la ensalada<\/strong> el ali\u00f1o del mortero, y mezclar todo muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tomar<\/strong> a temperatura ambiente, o meter un tiempo en el frigor\u00edfico, si lo quieres tomar fresquito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receta tomada<\/strong> de Cookpad de Encar @encar_bm <strong>Adaptada a mi gusto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
