t\u00fa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para marinar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Romero<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piment\u00f3n dulce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cebolla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pimienta negra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomate en polvo o rallado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de girasol o de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bolsa apta para horno<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentar el horno<\/strong> a 200\u00baC con calor arriba y abajo durante 15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Colocar el solomillo<\/strong> en su mismo pl\u00e1stico, quitando las dos pegatinas que trae, <strong>dejando hacia arriba<\/strong> la parte que indica en la etiqueta, en una<strong> bandeja apta para horno<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No dice nada de perforar y durante el horneado el pastico se abri\u00f3 un poco, por eso recomiendo, <strong>hacer en el centro un peque\u00f1o corte<\/strong>, para que salga un poco de vapor, y no se abra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hornear<\/strong> a 200\u00baC durante 35 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sacar del horno<\/strong>, y quitar el envoltorio, con cuidado <strong>con el vapor<\/strong> que tiene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cortar en medallones,<\/strong> y repartir con la salsa que pueda tener.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Estaba muy bueno y tierno<\/strong>, pero para mi gusto, sabe mucho a Romero, pero a los dem\u00e1s les gusto bastante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puedes acompa\u00f1arlo<\/strong> con <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/comeryleeresunplacer\/?p=449\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/comeryleeresunplacer\/?p=449\" target=\"_blank\">Espinacas con garbanzos<\/a>  receta en mi blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Puedes marinarlo t\u00fa, con las especias que te indico, seg\u00fan el envase.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparas la marinada a t\u00fa gusto<\/strong>, metes el solomillo en una bolsa apta para horno, le echas la marinada, mezclar muy bien, <strong>cerrar la bolsa <\/strong>y dejar macerar, unas horas o por la noche, <strong>en el frigor\u00edfico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentar el horno<\/strong> y hacer todo igual, <strong>d\u00e1ndole la vuelta<\/strong> al solomillo dentro de la bolsa, y le das <strong>un peque\u00f1o corte,<\/strong> y coloca la bandeja en la <strong>parte baja<\/strong>, para que al inflarse no toque la parte de arriba del horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sacar de la bolsa<\/strong> en la misma bandeja, trocear y repartir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando lo haga marin\u00e1ndolo yo<\/strong>, subir\u00e9 las fotos y si hay que modificar algo de la
