La dejamos en un lado de la bandeja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quitar muy bien las espinas<\/strong>, con una pinza de depilar, a los filetes de truchas, y lavar bajo el grifo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar sal<\/strong>&nbsp;por la parte blanca y colocarlo en la bandeja y echamos un poco m\u00e1s de sal por la parte oscura, que quedar\u00e1 para arriba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir&nbsp;<\/strong>un poco de aceite, sobre el pescado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meter la bandeja<\/strong>&nbsp;en el horno a 200\u00baC con calor arriba y abajo, durante unos 15 o 20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Servir en una fuente<\/strong>,  uno o dos filetes de Trucha por personas y las papas cocidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Veras que se despega<\/strong> muy bien, la carne de la piel. La trucha <strong>es muy sabrosa<\/strong>, y con sal solo queda muy buena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cada vez que hagas algo al horno<\/strong>, mira de acompa\u00f1ar con alguna verdura, calabac\u00edn, berenjenas, jud\u00edas verdes, zanahorias, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puedes acompa\u00f1arlo<\/strong> con queso Provolone, <strong>repartir en platos individuales<\/strong>, calentar al Microondas, hasta que lo veas derretido, echar en pan o tostas con ali\u00f1os de aceite, ajo y perejil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receta tomada<\/strong>&nbsp;de mi blog&nbsp;<a bien que venga en filetes, las Truchas por ejemplo tiene un lineal con muchas espinas, hay que quit\u00e1rselas con unas pinzas de depilar, una a una. Yo no puedo comer pescado con espinas y poca cantidad, por eso siempre me echo solo un filete, tengo como un poco de alergia, y lo noto en la garganta, esto me pasa con todos los pescados, desde que tengo Fibromialgia.
