Leche o&nbsp;<strong>vegetal como Soja<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nuez moscada (optativo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hacemos la bechamel<\/strong>, en mi caso al ser de Maicena,&nbsp;<strong>la disuelvo en la leche fr\u00eda<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echamos<\/strong> en una sarten la mantequilla, con un poco de aceite si quieres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le a\u00f1adimos<\/strong> la mezcla de soja y maicena, y remover con unas varillas,&nbsp;<strong>hasta que espese<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yo le eche solo 400 ml<\/strong> y sali\u00f3 muy espesa,&nbsp;<strong>puedes echarle 500 ml<\/strong>&nbsp;para que quede un poco m\u00e1s ligera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si utilizas harina com\u00fan<\/strong>, tienes que refre\u00edrla un poco en la mantequilla, para quitarle el sabor de harina, y <strong>luego le a\u00f1ades la leche, que quieras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-1 wp-block-gallery
