\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 3 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2 paquetes de Pasta Oriental sabor pollo de Maggi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 lata de caballa en aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml x 2 de agua seg\u00fan indica el paquete<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En el paquete<\/strong> te indica tambi\u00e9n como hacerlo <strong>en una olla<\/strong>, sin Microondas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar en un recipiente<\/strong> hondo apto para Microondas, la cantidad de agua que indica el paquete, <strong>si son dos<\/strong>, echar el doble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar el sobre de especias<\/strong> de cada paquete, disolver y <strong>calentar en el Microondas<\/strong> durante 1 minuto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir la pasta <\/strong>de los paquetes, troceadas y <strong>volver a meter<\/strong> en el Microondas durante otro minuto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mezclar todo muy bien,<\/strong> y dejar reposar hasta la hora de comer, <strong>tiene que absorbe<\/strong> todo el liquido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mezclar muy bien<\/strong>, y calentar otro minuto m\u00e1s, <strong>antes de servirlo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir<\/strong> la pasta en tres platos, abrir la lata de caballa, y <strong>repartir el aceite<\/strong> por encima de la pasta, y los filetes de caballa <strong>enteros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la hora de comerlo, <strong>desmenuzar la caballa<\/strong> y mezclar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Esta muy bueno<\/strong>, es muy socorrido, para acompa\u00f1ar en un almuerzo o para cenar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tengo otra receta<\/strong> con sabor a ternera de Hacendado. <a
