\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>400 g de tomate frito casero<strong> congelado (ver receta abajo)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g de pan o<strong> integral<\/strong> para mi es m\u00e1s digestivo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 o 4 ramilletes de hierbabuena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>800 ml de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pastilla de caldo de verdura<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g de gambas peladas congeladas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El d\u00eda anterior descongelar<\/strong> las gambas y el tomate frito casero, <strong>en el frigor\u00edfico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cortar el pan<\/strong> en trozos del mismo tama\u00f1o y reservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pod\u00e9is hacer<\/strong> el tomate frito con su verdura, seg\u00fan la receta m\u00eda, que suelo <strong>hacer varios botes y congelarlo.<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.divertimundo.es\/elrinconcito\/salsa-de-tomate-frito-casero-con-verdura\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Salsa de Tomate frito casero con verdura<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En la cacerola<\/strong> echar 400 g. de tomate frito casero, <strong>cuando empiece a hervir<\/strong>, a\u00f1adirle el pan troceado y mezclar todo muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir<\/strong> 800 ml de agua y las hojas de la hierbabuena, y mezclar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bajar al m\u00ednimo<\/strong>, al 1 de 6, en mi caso, <strong>tapar y dejar cocer hasta<\/strong> que el pan este blando, <strong>mirar no se pegue<\/strong>, a\u00f1adir la pastilla de caldo vegetal y las gambas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Emplatar en plato hondo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-1 wp-block-gallery
