De gambas grandes <strong>congeladas<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>137g. de carne de mejillones <strong>congelados<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cayena entera <strong>peque\u00f1a<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ajos picados fresco o <strong>congelados<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de perejil picado fresco o <strong>congelado<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de pan para quien <strong>quiera mojar<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Descongelar<\/strong> el d\u00eda anterior, en el frigor\u00edfico, las gambas y mejillones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En una sarten mediana<\/strong>, echar el aceite, ajos, perejil y cayena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando empiece a hervir,<\/strong> mezclar todo muy bien, y <strong>a\u00f1adir las gambas<\/strong>, mezclar un poco y dejar cocer hasta que <strong>cambie de color<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir<\/strong> la carne de mejillones que <strong>ya est\u00e1n cocidos<\/strong>, y un poco de sal, mezclar todo muy bien, y<strong> servir en la misma sarten<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tengo otra receta parecida<\/strong>, pero un poco m\u00e1s laboriosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
