\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 3 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2 lomos de salm\u00f3n <strong>congelado<\/strong> \/ 250 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bote de Preparado para Salm\u00f3n Ahumado (Hacendado)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 t\u00e1per con tapa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de eneldo fresco o de <strong>bote<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>24 horas macerando en el Frigor\u00edfico<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>24 horas reposar en papel film en el Frigor\u00edfico<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Descongelar<\/strong> el Salm\u00f3n, el d\u00eda anterior, en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lavar<\/strong> bajo el grifo, revisar que no tenga espinas y quitar la piel, si tiene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un t\u00e1per,<\/strong> que quepa el Salm\u00f3n, <strong>echar en el fondo<\/strong>, parte del preparado para Salm\u00f3n Ahumado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Colocar<\/strong> encima los lomos de Salm\u00f3n, y <strong>cubrir con el preparado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tapar, y meter<\/strong> en el frigor\u00edfico,<strong> durante 24 horas<\/strong>, si es poco puedes dejarlo menos tiempo, <strong>pero m\u00e1s no<\/strong>, pues se seca y endurece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sacar <\/strong>los lomos de Salm\u00f3n, y <strong>lavar <\/strong>muy bien bajo el agua<strong>, secar muy bien<\/strong> con papel de cocina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Colocar en papel Film,<\/strong> los lomos, y <strong>dejar reposar as\u00ed en el frigor\u00edfico<\/strong>, durante otras 24 horas.<strong> Yo le eche un poco de aceite<\/strong>, pero no es necesario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cortarlo<\/strong>, como prefieras, <strong>en finas lonchas<\/strong>, en tiritas o en tacos, depende para lo que lo <strong>vayas a utilizar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yo lo corte<\/strong> en lonchas lo m\u00e1s finitas posible, repartir en un plato llano, con aceite de oliva y eneldo picado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lo puedes tomar tal cual<\/strong>, o con tostas, y queso fresco de untar, <strong>como hicimos nosotros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lo recomiendo<\/strong>, sali\u00f3 muy bueno, y como indica el bote, <strong>puedes ahumar otros pescados<\/strong>, como at\u00fan, bacalao, etc. <strong>Siempre previamente congelado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Este bote para ahumar<\/strong>, me lo
