class=\"wp-element-caption\">Queda el yogur cremoso<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 7 vasos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2 yogures <strong>de soja<\/strong> o sin lactosa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de Stevia granulada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>5 g. de Agar-Agar<\/strong> (para espesar) o  2 hojas de gelatina neutral<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 lata de leche de coco (queda m\u00e1s cremoso)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de la bebida vegetal que quiera o <strong>de Soja<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de sirope de fresa<strong> (optativo)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 yogurtera con vasitos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir los dos yogures<\/strong> entre los 7 vasos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En un bol,<\/strong> echar la lata de leche de coco, la Stevia, un poco de sirope de fresa <strong>(optativo),<\/strong> mezclar todo muy bien, yo suelo hacerlo con un <strong>batidor o mezclador peque\u00f1o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echar bebida de soja<\/strong> en medio vaso, y <strong>templar en el Microondas<\/strong>, no tiene que hervir, incorporar el Agar-Agar, y <strong>disolver muy bien<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir al bol,<\/strong> y volver a mezclar todo junto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Repartir<\/strong> en los vasos, encima del yogur, y <strong>terminar de llenar<\/strong>, con la bebida de soja, <strong>mezclar suavemente <\/strong>con una cuchara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tapar los vasos <\/strong>y ponerlo en la Yogurtera, <strong>taparla y encenderla<\/strong>, durante 8 o 10 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicen que es conveniente hacer yogur <strong>en un lugar oscuro<\/strong>, por eso yo lo tapo con un pa\u00f1o, la Yogurtera, <strong>pero no es necesario<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poner el m\u00f3vil<\/strong> para que os avise, cuando sea la hora, <strong>dejar los vasos fuera<\/strong>, hasta que se enfr\u00eden, y <strong>meterlo en el frigor\u00edfico<\/strong>, para que termine de cuajar, <strong>hasta el d\u00eda siguiente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dicen que, con la leche de coco<\/strong>, queda m\u00e1s cremoso, pero si quieres, puede utilizar solo, <strong>la bebida vegetal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si quieres puede hacerlo con 2 hojas de Gelatina Neutra.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La gelatina<\/strong>, tienes que ponerlas en agua para hidratarlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echamos<\/strong> un poco de leche, en una taza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calentamos en el microondas<\/strong>, y le a\u00f1adimos la gelatina escurrida, mezclar muy bien. <strong>Y a\u00f1adir al bol, para mezclar y repartir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tengo otra receta en Yogurtera. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
